Sarah Clay

With over 30 years of experience practicing as a physiotherapist behind her. Sarah is passionate about facilitating changes in people in a holistic way, with a special interest in chronic or complex pain cases. She is especially interested in Cognitive Functional Techniques and has undergone extensive training in this area, with a focus on lower back pain.

Sarah has experience working with AFL, Rugby League and Rugby Union athletes and clubs, running clinical pilates classes, and working with CrossFit athletes.
