Bradley Darcy

Meet Brad, a dedicated Cross Fit enthusiast, entrepreneur, husband, and proud father of three boys. As the owner of Hillside Cross-fit and Co Owner of Performance and Recovery Hub, Brad is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and live healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

Outside the Gym, Brad mostly cherished role is that of a father. With three energetic boys, he likes to lead by example of prioritizing health, wellness, and community in everyday lives. Whether his coaching his boys football team, hitting the trails for a mountain bike ride with friends, or simply enjoying quality time with his family, Brad approaches each day with a contagious go-getter energy that has built a vibrant community in the Hills of Perth. This community is united by a shared passion for fitness, support, and the pursuit of growth.


Charissa Halton

Meet Charissa. Charissa has worked in the fitness and health industry for over 10 years. She pursued studies in Remedial Massage and found a passion for helping people live their lives pain-free. Whether assessing and treating a specific injury or working to increase the quality of movement, Charissa loves seeing her clients move towards their goals.

She co-founded Performance Recovery Hub with Brad and Emma to provide a space where anyone can find help and treatment options for a wide range of pain and musculoskeletal recovery.

Outside of her work, she enjoys living an active life, with current hobbies including trail running, CrossFit, exploring WA, and playing the guitar. If you made it this far and are reading this, please drop in and say hello.
